How to measure
- 1Take a ring that already fits the intended finger.
- 2Measure the inside straight across (diameter) in mm — or the inside circumference.
- 3No ring? Wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark the overlap, then measure its length in mm.
Tips for accuracy
- Measure at the end of the day when fingers are warm.
- Avoid measuring when cold — fingers shrink.
- For wide bands, size up by half a size.
- Measure two or three times for consistency.
